Heartsong Farmhouse was completely renovated in 2019. Beautiful hardwood floors, brand new furniture, in a modern farmhouse style with a Boho vibe. The entire home is filled with beautiful natural light and the brick walls ensure a peaceful nights sleep. The yard is completely surrounded by a 15ft hedgerow of holly, magnolia and camellias, like walking into a secret garden. You will feel welcome from the moment you drive up. The Farmhouse is also beautifully decorated for the holidays.

Built in 1891, this farmhouse has been totally renovated by a professional designer. The Cottage is filled with coastal colors and accessories so it feels fun and updated but still retains the feeling of walking into a well loved family beach cottage. Come down the long private drive along the pasture to the little cottage perched on the banks of the river, surrounded by large oak trees. Its a simple, cozy spot with lots of outdoor spaces for spreading out.

Come enjoy the breathtaking views and over 3300 square feet of beautifully renovated indoor living space. 800sf Master suite with HUGE water views. Large living/dining area makes this a very comfortable space for 10+ guests. Incredible outdoor space: patio, deck, HUGE screened porch, dock, 150 ft of private beach, and boat dock! This place has it all! (Our hot tub is currently not working. Sorry!)

Peaceful Waterfront Escape on Church Creek

Welcome to "Big's Place". This house was once home of a great fisherman. Big Jim spent most of his retirement reeling in fish of all kinds from the Chesapeake Bay. He was a beloved figure on the Eastern Shore. The home is now owned by his three sons, who live in the Pittsburgh, PA area. They hope that others will appreciate the shore and all it has to offer just like their father, Big Jim, did.

The Waterman’s Hideaway is a two story, coastal inspired home located on main street at the center of town and a short walk from Tangier’s restaurants, gift shops and tour boat docks. Guests can enjoy the deck overlooking the spacious backyard or lounge under the shade tree at the front of the property where they can interact with the locals passing bye as they go about their daily routines.
