We were thrilled to stay in this historic home and Elizabeth was highly attentive. Even if you don't love country music, a visit to Patsy Cline's house is well worth it because it is so close and you can learn how some Winchesterians lived in the early- to mid-20th century. We loved the easy walk to downtown and recommend Village Square and Antica Trattoria as restaurant stops. Our family made use of the outdoor basketball court and lovely deck at Elizabeth's and had great fun. Hopscotch records/coffee is walking distance from Elizabeth's as is Vibrissa beer. You'll need to get in your car to visit our favorite record store Ear Food, and you'll need to drive to the lovely Briede Family vineyard. We also recommend a lovely walk at the Third Winchester Battlefield Park. The Museum of the Shenandoah Valley is a true gem, and be sure to take a walk in the gardens included in the price of a museum ticket. Elizabeth's house is a launching point for many good and interesting times!

Tyler's place was perfect for our stay with our extended family. It's spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room to relax indoors and out. It has a very nice large porch and deck, great for some solitude or for kids to play. The beds were comfy and the linens ample, there are gorgeous large bathrooms and luxurious showers, the kitchen was well-stocked and included an amazing high-end stove, and the living spaces are nicely decorated and furnished with art and tons of books. One bedroom had lots of toys and kids' books, a very nice touch. Tyler was helpful, accommodating, and responsive. The location is very convenient to Arlington National Cemetery and within walking distance to a Metro stop. Everything about this rental was fantastic--we highly recommend it if you need a lovely space for a large group. Thanks, Tyler!

We enjoyed staying in Kristiane’s Airbnb. The living area had a very “cool vibe” to it and she was helpful and prompt about answering any questions we had. I would definitely recommend it and would stay there again.

Myself and two friends stayed. The home was beautiful and as described. The extras were very much appreciated. There was fresh ice in the ice maker, and panty items including a wide assortment of seasonings and spices in the kitchen. The home was easy to find. Joseph was very responsive and called when we had a minor issue. We appreciated the messages and communication at time of arrival with several restaurant suggestions and at time of departure. The home was quiet, peaceful and the perfect place for our visit to Frederick. Thank you so much Joseph for sharing your lovely property. We enjoyed our stay.

We needed a quiet place where we could unplug from work, noise, traffic, and stress. This did not disappoint. The cabin is located off the beaten path and overlooks a peaceful creek. It is cozy, quiet and rustic. The kitchen is stocked with every utensil you need to cook as well as dishes, glasses and baking necessities; bathroom has more than enough towels and wash cloths for 2 people and a plus for us; it has a washer and dryer which many places we looked at didn't have. We had no issues with internet whether we were using our phones or computers. Any questions we had were promptly answered by the helpful cottage rental team through email. Though the weather wasn't the best till the end of our trip, that didn't deter us... we made great use of the gas fireplace, the hot tub, the screened in porch and were able to build a lovely fire in the fire pit once the windy weather left us. We had a very peaceful week. We plan on coming back.

It’s a very cute house, we really enjoyed our stay. We had no cell service but there is WiFi so it all worked out great! It’s the woods so there are some bugs inside but nothing too bad. It’s a great place, easy to get to as well. I’d definitely stay here again!

Connie's Rock Cottage was amazing! much thought was put into this cottage. Firewood and fire starter for the wood stove on chilly nights, robes we used for getting to and from the private hot tub just steps outside the back door,map of entire 550 acres of land including the wonderful paved walkway which meanders through the property. This was the mosr exceptionally prepared kitchen we have seen in out travels. Tons of utensils, a full set of potsand pans, dish towels, trivets, cutting boards and cooking sheets! We love to cook together when we travel and this kitchen was big enough for 2! We got some amazing pictures all over the farm. The lack of light pollution allowed us to enjoy the stars and Pink Full Moon in all their glory! We will be back to enjoy this cottage again!

Stayed with my husband, 17 year old l, and 12 year old. The beds were perfect in the spare room and I always travel with an extension cord which helped with electronics and charging in the spare room( not needed there were outlets, but was helpful). Perfect place to unwind after long days of walking and visiting the zoo and DC area. Amy was available when I reached out for local recommendations and expressed that she had extra info in the master bedroom. This location met all my expectations for cooking, relaxing, and safety. Most Airbnb’s look comfortable but don’t accommodate our family for relaxation so I was looking specifically for a sectional to watch movies or tv together and this space provided this and much more; really was comforting and felt home like. We cuddled up, I made some tea, and the view was amazing. Thank you both! We will definitely return next time we visit DC.

We couldn't have asked for a more comfortable, beautiful place to stay during our time in D.C.! From the moment we walked in, we felt right at home. Dale's apartment is beautifully decorated but also very livable, and he has provided everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. He was incredibly kind and communicative, and also very sweet with our kids, which we really appreciated. The apartment's location -- very near Logan Circle -- is excellent, and made it easy to get to the National Mall, the Zoo, and other area attractions. There are lots of great restaurants and shops nearby, including a Whole Foods and Trader Joe's for easy grocery shopping. We would love to stay at Dale's place again whenever we're back in D.C.

We spent 4 days site-seeing in DC and Lily's location was perfect, being just off the Richmond Hwy it was easy to get to by car. We paid an additional fee for parking under the building which was well worth it given the convenience. The Crystal City Metro station, with both the Yellow and Blue lines, was a very short walk away and could even be accessed via an underground walkway system just outside the building. Also just a block or two outside the building was a movie theatre and several bars/restaurants. Having breakfast on the 14th floor balcony was a great start each morning before heading to Metro to start the day's adventures. We would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at Trish's place. She was very helpful and friendly, and even shared an item from her own kitchen to make our stay even better. The place is very homey and cozy and we enjoyed the fireplace. The neighborhood is peaceful and attractive.

We were so happy with this basement apartment and location. Robert was very helpful and responsive. Most days we drove to the mall parking garage near the Pentagon and took the metro from Pentagon City station to the Smithsonian station (the pre-loaded $30 card available online was perfect for our stay). Driving from the unit to Arlington took mere minutes. It isn't too far from Mt. Vernon either. The neighborhood is quaint and quiet. We would stay here again! The current pictures under sell the unit. We were very happy to find it was bigger than expected. It could use a little updating, but we didn't mind. All we did was sleep, eat some breakfast, and return each night with aching feet and legs from a typical day of walking D.C.

This is a beautiful home and location, it has so many rooms and beds. It accommodated our family so well as we gathered to celebrate the life of a family member in which we were attending a funeral. It was a comforting and healing home for us. Large dining room, plenty of parking, great outside deck. It’s a great location to downtown Manassas, restaurants, shops. Highly recommended! We will try to stay here again, for any future visits to DC. This home felt so warm, welcoming and uncomplicated. It was the perfect location to be central to everything, yet offers a blooming, picturesque backyard retreat to unwind. We could tell that the hosts, Aman and Krista, aren’t just offering a place to stay, they care about creating a positive experience. Communication was very prompt, kind and always helpful. They provided so many thoughtful extras including books, games, everything you need in a kitchen, plenty of towels, soaps, a coffee station, and even fresh cut flowers upon arrival and extra toys for my grandson! I will forever be grateful for the amazing weekend my wife and I spent at the Dulles Executive Resort. It was love at first sight when we checked in after an overwhelmed 5 hours red eye flight. We needed a secluded place to rest and it was far better than what we had hoped for even beyond a stretch of our imagination. Beside being conveniently located less than 10 minutes away from IAD, the DER offers so many amenities..Our host welcoming attitude left no room for reproach. To start this review off, Amir was a lifesaver for our group. We had an issue with our other Airbnb where we booked and had to leave at 2:00 AM. Amir responded to our message very late at night and allowed a seamless check-in. Thank you so much! On top of that, we really loved our stay here! The space is very large and comfortable for a group. The coffee bar is stocked too! We loved the outdoor spaces but didn't end up really taking advantage of them. The house is well located in relation to DC and a short drive from the Metro (not walkable). It's a beautiful space and very modern! It's clean, safe, and perfect for a group that wants to spend time in DC and have a peaceful place to return to. A great place to stay!

What an incredible stay! The home was spotlessly clean—truly one of the cleanest Airbnbs we’ve ever stayed in. Every detail was pristine, which made it feel so welcoming and comfortable. It was also beautifully and tastefully decorated, creating a cozy yet stylish atmosphere throughout. The outdoor space was just as impressive—peaceful, private, and perfect for relaxing. We especially loved the fenced-in hot tub area, which made it easy to unwind while our dogs stayed safe nearby. And the sauna was such a cool and unexpected bonus! The location is secluded enough to feel like a true escape, yet close to wineries, restaurants, and everything else you might need. Communication with the host was excellent from start to finish. We had the most relaxing weekend with family and friends—this place is a true gem. We can’t wait to return!
