This private and spacious studio guest house is located next to our residence. Nestled on 5 acres of towering redwood trees and lush huckleberry bushes in the Westhaven neighborhood, it's perfect for the single traveler or couple (but please note it is not suitable for children or those traveling with pets). An ideal base to explore the Redwoods National Forest, nearby Moonstone beach and scenic downtown Trinidad. The newly renovated ponds teeming with colorful koi make this place extra special!

Immerse yourself in 6 acres of redwood forest in this 1969 vintage Airstream. It will not disappoint; being beautiful in its original state, it's been finely updated for style and comfort. The Airstream is tucked away in a grove of redwoods next to a seasonal creek on the rugged north coast of California right outside the picturesque village of Trinidad. Hiking, rugged beaches, birding, wildlife viewing and a 30 minute drive to the tallest trees in the world in nearby Redwood National Park!

Set back hidden from the road in a bamboo oasis, it’s private and peaceful. Walk or bike to nearby river, beaches, forest. Or hop on the Highway 1/3 mile away. 3.5 miles to Airport, 30 to Redwood National & State Parks. We’ll share walls so you’ll sometimes hear me, though I try to be a considerate neighbor. Your comfort is very important to me!

Tucked in a sunny,encircled by Redwoods, clearing,our 2 acre place is a 5 minute walk to town,15 minute walk to ocean.This Studio has a private deck and is not in the 1.75 acres of seperate, gated common grounds. Human guests and non reactive dogs are welcome in the common grounds. There are friendly pets:2 cats,3 dogs living onsite within the common grounds. We are a grouping of private dwellings with private entrances.We are in a sequestered, quiet neighborhood of conscientious people.

Cocooned by Redwoods, Sitka Spruce and Huckleberries. A ladder leads you to the cozy sleeping loft, where you can gaze at the stars through the two huge skylights. Just down the steps across the OUTDOOR LIVING ROOM, step into the "Shower Grotto", inside an Old Growth Redwood Stump with a Rain Shower.

Our 710 sq. ft. attached guest house has a small fenced in yard and sits close enough to stroll down to view the ocean or take a 5 min. drive to enjoy the local Hammond hiking/bike trails, and nearby shops and restaurants. An easy trip from Arcata airport (ACV) or Hwy 101 and close access to the areas known beaches, redwood forests, lagoons and marshes to explore. Humboldt Cal Poly is located just 6 miles South.

The property is in a redwood forest with a good size meadow for sunshine and flowers. It's a great base camp for exploring the beautiful beaches, Redwood forest and local cities of Trinidad and Arcata. Maximum 3 guests, or 4 guests if one or more guests are under 12.

Popeye's Cottage in the Redwoods

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. This cozy cottage is nestled on four and a half acres of beautiful second growth redwoods just outside the town of Trinidad. It is a small and simple cottage with three beds and all the necessities needed to cook. The cottage's main heat source is a gas fireplace. WIFI service is available, there is no tv/entertainment center, so bring your laptop if you want to.

Come to the cool coast to enjoy this separate, private space. Check yourself in whenever you like via your own entrance. Queen bed in master, comfortable twin bunk beds in tiny second bedroom (adults ok in bunks if less than ~180lb). Bonus playroom/office. Well-stocked kitchen and laundry. Level 2 electric car charging outlet (NEMA 14-50). Well behaved pets ok.
