Honestly, my friends and I are already talking about booking this place again next year. The backyard was gigantic and perfect for S'mores and stargazing. The house was spacious enough for three adults and two kids to have plenty of room to themselves and together. We were an easy drive from fun activities. And Gina was a lovely host. Very responsive and flexible.

This was the perfect place for three friends who write and workshop together online to gather in person. The main room of the house is filled with light and what I didn't realize from the listing is the beautiful view from the living/dining room down to the river. The kitchen is well supplied and every room was very clean and uncluttered. The three bedrooms on the first floor are all very nice, with good beds and pillows (one is slightly larger with a king-sized bed), so we were able to decide on our rooms painlessly and none of us had to settle for an inferior room. The large dining table was perfect for spreading out our work as well as for dining, and one of us enjoyed having the furnished basement as her private work space. When we had a problem with hearing a beeping noise, which we initially thought might be a smoke detector battery that needed replacing, Bob was very responsive and helpful in figuring out the cause of the beeping from a motion detector. We plan to come again.

Enorme casa en excelentes condiciones, muy funcional y con un enorme patio que no pudimos disfrutar por falta de tiempo y porque el clima aún no lo permitió, pero la propiedad es fantástica, muy bien equipada, impecablemente limpia, situada convenientemente en un suburbio residencial a aproximadamente 30 minutos de Boston. Simplemente de lujo!

Marina’s home is so beautiful and clean! We had a crowd of couples and singles, the space fit everyone perfectly! Ample bathrooms, space for relaxing, and comfortable beds! We hope to be welcomed back.

This house was a perfect place for our annual family gathering. There were 9 people from 16 to 83. The open space, first floor bedroom and bunk room were perfect for our group! Ciara was a great host!!

The house was clean, roomy, and everything worked well. The nearby playground and beach on Narrow River were clean and fun for kids. The backyard with numerous shade trees provided a quiet environment. Th neighbors were friendly. The location was close to many places we wanted to visit including beaches, restaurants, and parks.

Thank you Amy! The house was clean, the beds were delicious… I slept less than I would have liked, they were amazing, and I wish I had gotten more sleep! I broke Amy’s shower and coffee table, but her communication with me was great. I apologized, she sent the damages and everything was fine. She was very kind and easy to talk to =) I would definitely stay again and absolutely recommend it. If I can give you one tip: put curtains closed on the windows to make it really dark… I can only think of how perfect the rooms would be! I wouldn’t get up anymore! hahahaha Thanks Amy!

Truly an incredible stay!! Such a peaceful neighborhood surrounded by beautiful trees and so many different birds! I would wake up in the morning and walk outside to be greeted by them! The second we walked in we knew it felt like home. The description and photos of the house were spot on. The cleanliness was incredible! Bathrooms were spacious and so were the bedrooms. The location was perfect as well. Not too far from historic towns! We went to Newport, Providence, and even went as far as NYC which was only about 2 1/2 hrs away! Would definitely recommend and stay here again if we get the chance.

We enjoyed our stay so much. What a comfortable home for our family vacation in the area. Karen was welcoming and we were so appreciative of the fresh baked goods. Everything was set for our stay with enough linens for everyone. We ran into Karen a couple of times during our stay and always was delightful and open to help with any suggestions. We found the town quaint and what we needed from a bookstore to places to eat. Nice quick walk to the water for sunsets. Easy drive into Boston as well as up to Rockport and Gloucester. We even found it smooth to attend the 250 of Lexington and Concord. We loved our days starting with coffee and quiet comfort and relaxing in the evening around the table with our family for some games. Highly recommend this home! Thankful for our hosts!

The apartment is spacious, cute and well equipped. Sean was very responsive via email and text and flexible about the check-in time, which was helpful. The neighborhood is great and Sean provided useful recommendations in his guide.

Erin's place is perfectly situated in downtown Plymouth. Restaurants and historical sites are within easy walking distance. Beds are super comfortable. The kitchen had everything you could need. Nice deck and a backyard with a fire pit and unique birdhouses.. It was cold and rainy during our stay (which is as to be expected in April), but Plymouth had loads to do. We particularly liked the Cordage Museum (where we spent a few hours talking with locals) and Plymouth's (free entry) Art Museum. We were impressed by how many beach parks Plymouth has. We came to participate in a 5K race on the Grace rail trail and hopefully will be back again next year! Thanks, Erin and family!

Nice place to stay. Easy to find and was quiet and had all the essentials.

Brennans place was excellent, truly I don’t think you can find a better location in the city. Super walkable, spectacular view from the roof and if you have a dog plenty of parks and green space around. Marco’s sandwich shop is right beside Brennans place and is a reallly good option for breakfast or lunch. Brennan was super friendly and a great host.

Great cozy apartment style airbnb with an ocean view. This was very relaxing and convenient to walkable restaurants. We appreciate Ryan accommodating some of our requests too. Highly recommend.

We stayed here while we were attending a conference at the convention center and it was a great location! The neighborhood felt safe and it was an easy walk to the conference and also to good local restaurants and coffee shops. The apartment was clean and comfortable with everything we needed. This is a must-stay!! We had a wonderful time and Brandon and Danielle were wonderful hosts! The house was absolutely beautiful, had all of the amenities we needed, and was walking distance to downtown Newport. Brandon made sure we had a pack n play and high chair in house for our 17-month old which was so very helpful. He also responded to our texts within minutes. We will absolutely be back! Our family really enjoyed our long weekend at Donald’s place. The location is great, right in the middle of Marblehead, walkable to old town and the various shops and restaurants that dot the area— a great base for visiting friends and family on the north shore. We’ll definitely look to stay here again if available the next time we’re in the area.

I've been to Newport many times on day trips, but never for an overnight. My partner had never been to Rhode Island, so I thought it would be fun to stay in downtown Newport and explore while also visiting with family in Providence. Pelham Court could not be more convenient. Perfectly located across from the waterfront, the property is safe, secure and convenient. A big plus is off-street parking. Our one-bedroom unit was awesome. Spacious, well-appointed and very comfortable. Although we were in the middle of everything, we had peace and quiet. The Pelham Court team were awesome: responsive, friendly, helpful and ready to offer local insights, including when we just wanted to stay in and order pizza. I would highly recommend this as your Newport getaway that's close to everything. Great accommodations, great location, and great professional support.

Christina's property was a wonderful place to escape to for a few days! It is the perfect size for 1-2 people, has everything you need, and the view is unbeatable. The parking space is incredibly convenient and the location of the property provides easy access to the rest of Bearskin Neck and Rockport proper. I hope to stay here again in the future!

Our stay was very comfortable in this warmth, clean, beautiful home with a comfy bed with all the amenities given. Bright and cheerful modern unit with a beautifully appointed kitchen. Convenient parking right behind the house. FYI-Bus 120 picks up around the corner to go to the T station or it's a 15 minute walk to the Wood Island T blue line subway.

Really enjoyed my stay at Kelly’s place. Great location and close to everything in Newport. Highly recommend!
