Zaovine 27 is a holiday house of 91 m2, completely renovated in 2024 perfect for 2 families. It has 3 bedrooms (2 rooms with double beds and 1 larger room with 4 single beds), bathroom and living room with fully equipped kitchen. Outside are large terrace and specious back yard. It is located in a quiet part of the village within 1,6km walking distance from Zaovine lake ideal for swimming and fishing. House is surrounded with numerous hiking and biking trails. Two MTB are free for guests to use.

Holiday House “NEVEN” is located in village Zaovine on Tara mountain, near small lake Spajici and just 1km from big lake Zaovine, which is one of the most beautiful lakes in Serbia. Our holiday house has living room with kitchen, 2 bedrooms, bathroom and two balcony’s. One room is with king size bed and other room is with two classic beds which also has balcony view. In living room there is sofa bed. There are 5 small lakes in Zaovine and they all have super clean water with different fish.

Jezero Perućac je udaljeno 16 km, a Kaluđerske Bare 20 km. Do kuće se dolazi asfaltnim putem. U cenu ulazi korišćenje saune. Na 100m od kuće se nalaze restoran i mini market. We are located in the village of Zaovine, settlement Bjeluša. We rent a studio apartment of 21 m2 on the ground floor of the holiday home. Ideal for 2 people, the apartment can accommodate up to 4 people.
