Host cortese,subito disponibile per ogni evenienza,interazioni piacevoli. L’appartamento è ancora più carino dal vivo che in foto,ci sono tanti armadi,la lavatrice e soprattutto l’asciugatrice sono impagabili. Il materasso per me è comodissimo(molto morbido,memory direi). La casa è in mezzo a negozi,bar e ristoranti,al centro della vita,ma con le finestre chiuse sembra di stare su un eremo:bloccano tutto il rumore e c’è un silenzio favoloso;le stanze danno sul retro/cortile interno quindi anche con le finestre aperte è tranquillo,il bagno dà sulla piazza(dove c’è molta vita diurna e notturna) e sporgendosi da lì si vede il mare. È vicinissimo alla spiaggia,ci sono anche due ristoranti del circuito AIC raggiungibili a piedi in pochi minuti per i celiaci come me. La stazione di Ostia Lido Centro è a 10 min a piedi(c’è anche un autobus ma non l’abbiamo mai preso)e in mezz’ora si è a Roma con 1.50€ di biglietto(sono gli stessi biglietti di Roma). La zona ci è parsa sicura. Da tornarci.

hele fijne accomodatie en alle tips en aanwijzingen waren zeer goed. Makkelijk en snel contact over vervoer en restaurants. Veel goede restaurants in de buurt.

Great spot if you need somewhere to stay before or after a flight! The apartment was beautiful. Sara was so nice and helpful! We took the Leonardo Express from Rome to the airport. Sara arranged our taxi for check-in and check-out. The home is about 7 minutes from the airport and there are restaurants and coffee that are walkable. The taxi was about €25 for us, but I think that may depend on the time. Unfortunately, the air conditioning didn’t work since it wasn’t in season yet (May). But we slept with the door cracked and the fan on. It was about 62 degrees Fahrenheit outside. It was a little loud though once cars started running around 6:45 am since there is a man hole outside the window. Overall though, this was well worth the price to be able to have somewhere to stay before our flight the next morning! Sara was very flexible and helpful. It was so nice to know our travel was taken care of to and from the airport! We paid the taxi with a credit card, but I think they prefer cash.

Needed a place to stay in between flights at FCO. Lorenzo’s place was perfect, close to the airport and several restaurants to choose from. Easy access to airport by bus or taxi. The apartment was very comfortable and Lorenzo was a great host, excellent with his communication.

Finishing up my stay in Tuscany, I just needed a place to sleep near FCO due to an early flight. Catarina provided plenty of communication, with clear instructions and made the entire process easy. Although my stay was short, it provided what I needed to get some rest after a day full of train rides - a spacious bed and a quiet environment. From what I saw, the space was cozy with a well stocked kitchen and a beautiful deck. Note, the unit is on the 5th floor, there is an elevator that takes you up to the 4th. In terms of location, there are plenty of restaurants in walking distance. The bus stop to the airport is very close and is a short ride. In terms of getting to the Airbnb, I was able to take the Sitbusshuttle from Rome Termini, which dropped me off a few blocks away - 15 min walk

emplacement idéal, plage, on traverse la rue, restau, magasins accessibles à pied. rome prendre bus 1 ou 5 jusque Gare, ensuite train(environ 1h au total, 1€5 a 3€ selon timing). Andrea fait au mieux pour que tout se passe bien. tres appréciable etpratique le prêt de parasol et de drap de plage. attention aux moustiques mais cela Andrea n'y peut rien. très bonne semaine

Such an amazing place to spend the last two days of our trip. We booked last minute due to some personal reasons and Frederica, accepted and communicated immediately. My wife and I, are so thankful for her. She coordinated shuttles multiple times for us saving us much $$. She also gave great restaurant options. Thank you again. We appreciate you Frederica.

Our family had a wonderful stay here and really appreciated the host's flexibility and responsiveness. The location is amazing; a 30 second walk gets you to the lake, 2 minutes gets you to the local restaurants and shops. The house was spacious and comfortable and at an amazing value. I hope we can visit again!

Perfect spot to relax at the beach for a couple of days before our flight home.

The place was great. All of the local restaurants are amazing, and the staff at each and every one of them were so nice and kind—especially given the fact we don’t speak their language—at least one person at each restaurant speaks English, which makes it super easy, so don’t be intimidated. Michele was very friendly, and check in was easy. Pros: cleanliness; right across from the ocean; 15 min walk to grocery store/train station; safe area; local restaurants; blow dryer; inexpensive to get to the city (€1.50 per person one way, and that ticket works for the entire leg of your trip no matter what form of transportation you take) Cons: longer than 30 mins to get to Rome city center (plan a minimum of 60 mins); unable to control the temperature of the apartment yourself, you must ask the host to do it for you (she did, but it was still a slightly inconvenient).

Handige plek om Rome te bezoeken en fijn om direct vanaf het huis naar het strand te lopen en te genieten van de mooie zonsondergang. Daniela is erg vriendelijk, communiceert snel en laat je direct thuisvoelen in het huis.

Fabiana’s home is a little treasure. So much care and attention to creating a little beach getaway. Comfortable bedding, all the wonderful amenities and a fabulous, responsive host. We thoroughly enjoyed the rooftop living space to watch the sunset or simply to relax. Walkable to the beach and a great restaurant. Close to airport which made it easy to make our connection along with Fabiana’s shuttle recommendation. Fabiana was always prompt and so helpful in responding to our needs or questions. A wonderful host! Highly recommend.

Giorgia and her family saved the day a number of times during our visit. It started with me causing the elevator to temporarily jam, but she summoned help to get our luggage upstairs. I just needed to remember the inside doors AND the outside door of the elevator both need to be closed! Later in the week, the metro system closed early for weekend repairs and we were stuck in another stop where she guided us how to find a taxi very late in the evening. Her restaurant references were also spot-on! The apartment is impeccably clean and appears recently renovated. It was just perfect to wake up in the morning to see the view of the Mediterranean JUST AS THE PICTURE SHOWS! We really appreciate finding this wonderful home with a host whose personality matches the setting! Wir hatten einen tollen einwöchigen Urlaub in Fabios Apartment in Lido di Ostia. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, groß und sauber mit traumhafter Terrasse. Sie liegt sehr nah an der Metromare-Station Lido Nord, die uns regelmäßig innerhalb von ca. 35 Minuten ins Zentrum von Rom gebracht hat. An dieser Station kann man problemlos die Tickets am Automaten kaufen. Kartenzahlung ist möglich. Die Bushaltestelle zum Flughafen Fiumicino und zu anderen Zielen liegt nur ein paar Schritte von der Wohnung entfernt. Besonders hervorzuheben ist aber die außergewöhnliche Hilfsbereitschaft von Fabio, der uns per Messenger über den gesamten Zeitraum immer wieder wertvolle Tipps zur An- und Abreise, Tickets für den Nahverkehr, empfehlenswerten Geschäften und Restaurants, Sehenswürdigkeiten, Tagen mit vergünstigten Eintrittspreisen etc. gegeben hat. Es liegt Fabio sehr viel daran, dass es seinen Gästen gut geht. Besser geht es nicht. Wir empfehlen diese Wohnung uneingeschränkt weiter! Danke! ☺

This place is a gem. We unfortunately didn't have enough time in Ostia, but we had a wonderful, comfortable stay. Federico's sister helped us get settled in person...really nice. There are wonderful restaurants. Getting to the airport was much easier than it would have been from Rome as well.

Beautiful, clean penthouse a short drive from Fiumicino Airport. Alessia was very responsive and helpful, even giving me taxi advice when ride share wasn’t working. Highly recommend

Naoki's place is beautiful. Excellent communication! Super clean and you can feel the love by the care and special touches. The outdoor area has chairs and lounge chairs and you have the entire area to yourself overlooking the water. Sunset was spectacular! If you are lucky enough to find availability here, you will not be disappointed. Hoping I can stay here again! The only thing I would say that I wasn't aware of was that I had to carry my luggage up a flight is stairs and that may be a problem for some. The elevator only goes to the 2nd floor.

Stefano’s place is well decorated and cheerful and has all of the amenities that anyone could want. There is a lovely balcony with a breathtaking view of sea. It is walking distance to the train to Rome (about a 30 minute train ride to all of the sites in Rome). There are several grocery stores in walking distance to Stafano’s place. Highly recommend! She was very kind and let us leave our luggage in there while they cleaned it after the people before us (because we were so early from when our flight came in). Very kind and helpful with anything we needed!
